Iberia Business Class (intra-Europe, short haul)

Iberia Business class is something akin to BA's Club Europe, with two rows of three seats and the middle seat blocked, with slightly greater seat pitch in the forward part of the cabin (but as the Business cabin can be "stretched" by merely moving the curtains, by no means will one be guaranteed a particular seat pitch - 34" in Business Class, 32" in Economy).

Iberia says: "Because now, in Iberia Business Class the middle seat will always be left unoccupied on all domestic flights, and flights to Europe, North Africa and the Near East. So that whenever you fly with us you will do so in total comfort.

This improvement affects the Airbus A-319, A-320, A-321."

Iberia Business - intra-Europe / domestic, for those connecting, is in what Iberia uses in their Tourist cabin (in fact, the curtain can be moved to add / remove seats in Business and Tourist. The difference is in the seat pitch, 34" / 84 cm, width 17" / 43 cm, and in the center seat is blocked in the trio, as well as meals service. (In Tourist / Economy Class, these seats have 31.9" / 81 cm seat pitch.)

My Business meals have been generally better than BA's Club Europe, though not by a quantum leap, and the flights have been decent. (Boarding is a total jam much of the time, but then again, so has been BA CE, where parents with kids board and then the ravaging horde follows.)
