Agreed -- with the shorter expiry on TSUs and free night certs, the latest lackluster promotion and now this, I'm moving away from Hyatt even though I was willing to give them a chance for additional nights. Sitting at 59 nights now and Hyatt will lose the next 6 months of stays from me because of all of the above.

You're underestimating Hyatt IT...

Not long after the WoH switchover, I used the email link on the website and it went to the wrong address, where I got the below instructions. Doesn't sound like they are auto-forwarding to the new address, I had to re-email the address below.

This is far far better than just handing out full Diamond status like candy. At least it's after 20 nights. Not too bad.

and likely from customers who drive significant travel to Hyatt.

I see these challenges all the time at my company, so this is hardly new for all companies (including Hyatt).

Of course, people still will whine like this is somehow the 2nd coming of the apocalypse.

Been Diamond a few years now, my first year was via a challenge, does anyone know if you can do this challenge again if you did a diamond challenge previously?

Lots of rain. A big boat with many, many animals. And an absolutely gorgeous rainbow at the end.

Does it hurt to ask them yourself?

It used to be that challenges were once per lifetime for Hyatt. Wonder if the irony here is, using their definition that WoH is a new program, that you could challenge again because it's.... a new program! :P

No, they were once per lifetime of the challenge.

In 2015 you could do a "Quick Qualifying Elite Trial" (after they relaunched it) to get Diamond even if you'd previously done a Diamond challenge.
