demise of diamond line
So apparently there is no more diamond line. The globalist line just gets picked up by people who handle all sorts of phone calls. I have gotten quite a few rude and unhelpful people, which was never the case before with the diamond line.
Unless I'm missing out on the real phone number (I just use the phone number in the app)

I guess you were lucky. The "real" Diamond Line went away years ago. All the recent Diamond number did was move you a little higher in the regular call queue.

Ive found it's just sooooo much easier to bypass all that junk and email on here. The reps on here are SUPeR nice and responsive.
edit: plus you have documentation of the conversation in case something's wrong. Never he said she said.

I find that asking for early check-in is really great through the diamond line, got it both times (at like 7 am)
