Not true. WoH elites get a water bottle. Each day. Jeff said so it. It's a major part of the program. Apparently the message hasn't gotten out yet. Shame, they only had four months or so to send someone to Costco and stock up.

I've never gotten anything at Hyatt Places (as a Diamond). Up until March the points, but now nothing.

FDA (check-in): "Sir, we ran out of water."

==========

FDA (check-out): "Sir, your bill is $200. You only gave me $160."

Guest: "I ran out of twenties."

Speaking of two bottles... if you book a room for two guests, are you entitled to one bottle for each guest, or do you have to share?

Standard straws only, not the special bending straws. And only at the hotel's discretion as to how many of the standard straws they choose to make available for the free bottles of water, in case they need the standard straws for the drinks they sell

But is the water free if you are staying on a non-eligible rate, given that elite benefits don't apply then?

You beat me to it. I just took the same photo at the HR Santa Clara. Of course that means I need to have housekeeping service to get refills. They are the big bottles though
