I got a $199 rate on Samsung in late march and that was the best I could find.

If you unearth something better please pm me. Thanks.

Owner of IBM

Well, I am an owner of IBM since I own shares of IBM stock. Am I entitled to IMB corporate discount? I can bring a stock certification with my name on it as my company ID.

It just says "WAIVE EARLY DEPARTURE FEES ".

I'll try my luck or pay the rack rate if not....

Thanks. A fountain of knowledge.

If I had asked "what is IBM" would you have answered:

THIS RATE IS ONLY FOR EMPLOYEES OF IBM WHO ARE TRAVELLING ON BUSINESS ONLY. A BUSINESS CARD IS REQUIRED AT CHECK IN

You indignation would be warranted if the answer to your original question wasn't the first result that comes from Googling "discover the world".

No indignation here....simply amusement.

When I googled "discover the world" a religious organization came up, not the rate restrictions.

The rate restrictions were exactly what newfbc posted, available by clicking the "Rate Details" link.

The first two sites that come up for me in Google search are:

http://www.discover-the-world.co.uk/
http://www.discovertheworld.com/

I imagine the rate applies to employees of one or both of those sites.

Thats a new one. For business only. Normally employees are free to use their corp rates while on vacation.
