I still have not received my passes and it turns out I actually have a United flight out of O'Hare middle of next month. Guess I will have to follow up with Diamond Desk if I don't get them in the next few days.

I have requested renewal packet twice - once from Diamond desk and once through twitter DM to Hyatt Concierge. Have received two diamond cards - still no passes.

By the way, in regards to access, looks like the rules are changing. Just saw the following over the Club section at ual.com
Access policy changes
Effective August 18, 2016, all United Club customers, including members, are eligible to access United Club locations only when they have a flight arriving or departing on any airline the same day, and must show a boarding pass for entry. See the complete United Club terms and conditions

So I contacted GP Concierge about non-receipt of Diamond renewal package. They responded super quick with apology and promise to send me the UC passes (which is all I care about). So ^ to GP Concierge.
Then I get an e-mail from GP cs in Omaha stating that they have "resent" my passes
I started writing a snippy response pointing out that they had obviously never been sent in the first place, and referencing the FT thread on the subject. But quickly realized there's no point to that.

Not sure that agrees after about a month from now. This is written on the back of the packet the silly passes come with.

Frustrating
I just hung up with GP customer service and they said it will take up to 30 days for it to arrive. Tried to pull the same "we'll request another one" get sent out...I said I never got it...she stumbled and said, oh yes, of course, the original just never got sent out.
