As for me, it appears I was not targeted and have 4 nights this year (all points stays) despite being Diamond. I was planning to give them 20 nights if I got the offer.... oh well.

I was targeted. While I have been Diamond for the last 10 years, I haven't had a Hyatt stay since April.

1) NO and not eligible to register.
2) Yes - 5 stays (1 for 38 nights, 2 for 3 nights each and 2 for 2 nights each).
3) 6 stays / 63 nights

This sounds like standard corporate gimmick where new/returning members are deemed to be more valuable as they bring in incremental revenue. Only problem is that in this day and age, everyone shares their info and when people find out that others getting targeted promo and they don't, it makes them question their loyalty to Hyatt program ...
