Was checking chicago area. Hyatt Deerfield and lisle as low as $62.30 on a number of weekends. Hyatt rosemont (near ord) as low as mid 70s low 80s. There were other chicago properties downtown when I was searching yesterday, but right now these three are the only ones I'm seeing, and they're all owned by the same management company.

Is there any way to see which hotels are participating?

Right, but you can only find a hotel through trial and error?

Agree. Apparently no easy way to find out where this is available. Checked locally and this sale doesn't show up at any properties.

Further T&C's - since it is up to 25% off of daily rate it doesn't seem much better than the elite rate when available. And these are pre-paid.

Offer valid for bookings only between 12:01 a.m. on January 21, 2014 and 11:59 p.m. on January 22, 2014 Central Standard Time, for travel between February 5, 2014 and May 8, 2014 at participating Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in the U.S.. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Full non-refundable prepayment required at time of booking. Offer is for a limited time only. Simply request Offer Code C48JAN when you book your reservation and pay the 48-hour Sale rate. Discount is off the Hyatt Daily Rate for the room type requested at time of booking. Rate is per room, per night, excluding service charges, taxes and other incidental expenses. Rate is based on double occupancy. Additional guests may be subject to additional hotel charges. Additional charges apply to room-type upgrades. A limited number of rooms are allocated to this promotion. Changing a reservation made under this offer may result in a change in the rate. Changing to a different property is considered a cancel and re-book, and is non-refundable. Canceled reservations and no shows will results in a charge to your credit card for your entire stay. Promotional blackout periods may apply due to seasonal periods or special events, and normal arrival/departure restrictions apply. Hyatt reserves the right to alter or withdraw this program at any time without notice. Hyatt is my favorite brand, but it's a bit disrespectful to its customers to repeatedly refuse to provide a list of participating properties.

Wow--"save up to %"! Reminds me of all the commercials that say things like, "Save up to X, or more"! How do you (logically) save more than "up to X"?

In any case, for those interested in an example of actual savings--I just did a quick lookup on the Jersey City Hyatt on the Hudson for the weekend of April 25th-28th, and came-up with a daily rate of $219, and a 48-hour sale of $153. I didn't book, though--it was just out of curiosity.

This "benefit" is equal to every targeted offer and BRG (or lack thereof).
