One of the most idiotic marketing promotions I have seen. Way too long, too complicated. No explanation of directions or what it all should mean. The Hyatt marketing team must have spent a fortune on this and at the end of the game I am just scratching my head wondering what it is all for?

I played last night and thought it was a little fun. Sorta like the old "Choose You Own Adventure" books from my childhood. Also thought it was a nice way of showing vivid pictures from some of their aspirational properties. It took less than 5 minutes, and I probably would have enjoyed it even without a prize. My reward was 250 points. Personally, I think it's a unique and effective marketing ad, unlike almost anything out there. Great job, Hyatt!

I got the email last night and just tried playing, got the same message at the end saying "we hope you've enjoyed playing The Chase again. Since you've already earned a reward..."
I definitely have not already played this

Received the email (surprised!) - played the game -
At the first go, I was left with one suitcase. I had a choice as to whether to open it or play again. I played again and ended up with the three cases (having 'corrected' my answers).
I believe my choices included...the 10% off coupon or a Suite Upgrade (i.e. 6000 points equivalent) and an entry to the sweepstakes. I chose the suite upgrade for a guaranteed 6000 points.

5000-points
I played to the end last night, got all 3 cases and had choice of various things:
10% off
25% off
5000-points
I took the 5000-points, and they have already been deposited to my account!
