Hello everyone!
Happy Tuesday. We will keep you all posted on the toothpaste and if any of our frequent travelers would like us to notate your account, please PM us. We will be happy to note your account.
As always, we really appreciate the feedback, and keep us posted!
Happy travels!

Park Hyatt Toronto, checked in today: no toothpaste.
However, it's on the "For Your Convenience" list, and when I asked the concierge, a tube of Crest was immediately forthcoming.
Count me in the "Please keep the complimentary toothpaste by default!" category. It's a thoughtful, distinguishing touch that I really like. (And Aquafresh is my favorite... but it sounds like I'm in the minority there, so I'll clam up about it.)

I did get toothpaste in the room at the HPs in Phoenix recently.

Hyatt Has It
I'm surprised that nobody has been paying attention
You may or may not have toothpaste as part of the bathroom amenities, but Hyatt is rolling out "Hyatt Has It" as part of the new Hyatt Experience. There should be a card or "Collateral" (industry speak) that shows a list of items which you can request, borrow, or buy. Toothpaste and a toothbrush are two of the items on the list.
Have a look at this page for info:

Ok Hyatt Concierge, may I have a bonus or upgrade for helping share this ?

HR Capitol Hill in DC didn't have the toothpaste in the room this week but 2 were brought promptly when requested. I/we actually like the one available right now to the point that we switched to using the same at home.

Ooops, I wasn't paying attention. The web site does not show toothbrush/toothpaste, but the in room collateral (Card on the desk by the TV/Phone) does show it.
