"Best" redemption option for Chase CC free nights?

"Best" redemption option for Chase CC free nights?
Apologize in advance if this has been covered elsewhere...my search abilities are weak!
I got a Chase CC for me and wifie...we were thinking about going to use it at the following hotels...we have two kids, 9 &16:
1. Four nights @ Grand Hyatt Kauai - seems like the best domestic choice
2. Four nights @ Carmel Highlands - decent value, nice location?
3. Maybe Aviara...have stayed before when it was a FS...perhaps do a legoland/seaworld with kids.
It would appear that the Hyatt Vendome in Paris is the best, from a $$$ perspective....well over 4K in room value. However, we've not going to Europe probably in next 12 months. Also, I don't believe european hotels allow four people per room?
Any other choices that Hyatt loyalists might suggest? I have over 500K in SPG points, and many on Hilton as well. I think the last time I stayed at a Hyatt was about 15 years ago.
