Park Hyatt Beaver Creek "Flash Sale"
I have award reservation for this weekend in BC. Got a call this morning from the hotel saying that they are having a flash sale for this weekend at $99 a room, wondered if I needed another room. Great rate but too bad I am paying 22,000 points for these room instead (30 day cancelation). Hope someone else can enjoy this! I guess this does verify my fears that the skiing is lousy this spring........

It was worth a try, but the hotel declined. Trying to fill open rooms - even better tonight they are offering $49/night.

Colorado skiing this month has't been that good relative to many prior years.
With prices like that, sounds like a great place to do/start a status match/challenge for elite status.

Hmm - not showing on website.
By the way, if you want to bet on a late snow, starting 4/15, AAA rates drop to $116/night and the Free time 3rd night free rates, which are cancellable and include full breakfast for 2 and late check out, also drop the rate to $99/night (Use promo code FRTIME).

Not showing on web. How do you book? EDIT: I see. You need to call PHBC direct. Thank you for posting. ^
Great price, but snow sucks this year. You can see grass in front of Hyatt. Bring your rock skis.

Some runs and lifts in Vail/BC ski areas have closed due to lack of snow coverage. Those are mainly double diamond runs or south facing slopes.

Facebook Special
Well, $99 would have been a great deal! I would have moved across the street from Mountain Lodge for the next three nights!
I believe there's still a "Facebook Special" of $199 for this weekend.....worth a try.
Finally, I was told by a friend who got the FB Special that these rates do not earn points or stay credit. You still get full Diamond benefits at the hotel, however.
Alegria Spa also has $99 massage special now....
NB: Skiing wasn't bad at all today - Grouse (below lift) was skiing great......also on Birds of Prey (also below lift, but PM only after the bumps soften)....Everything below top of Centennial was mashed potatoes / slush. Classic Spring ski day.
