Not Able to Make Reservations for Other People Online Anymore?
Went to book a room online with points for my wife and usually I can just change the name right there on the confirmation page. Now it's greyed out "read-only".
What happened, do I have to call in now? Annoying.

It might be a way to help to prevent someone from stealing your points. When you call, are there additional security checks?

I always thought you had to call to issue an award in someone else's name.

Not sure when this changed, but I noticed this a while back too. I can understand the change, but it does add a step to the process now.
