I know they exist...I've used them before....but something must have happened to my brain because for the life of me I can't figure out how to find the Gx bonus list of hotels. Can someone post a link? Thanks!

It isn't your brain (in this instance anyway ) it is the "new" Hyatt website. The master list / link no longer exists. If a property has a G Bonus available, it will show up under the "special offers" section.

Nothing wrong with your brain - sadly.... the list isn't there any more.

All bonii for hotels are now listed here, by hotel... so you can't see any quick list of all Gx bonii as before. Confirmed here as being intentional by Bill from Hyatt e-commerce and b!tched about here

Thanks, sohpiegirl and Stewie Mac!

I preferred having a list...it guided my choices.

Dhoward, if U buy 1000 points for US$20, it's best to do it before combining, because some GP rep.s will adhere strictly to the rules by rejecting your combining form if the total is not enough or too much.
U can also try Coupon Connection by offering equal to 20% more FF miles into someone's account, perhaps from your credit cards or other point schemes for the GP points U need.

Thank you. Do you know if you can just call up and buy miles or if you have to have an award to reserve that you need the miles for ?

To the best of my knowledge, you can get them when you so desire.

You can buy whenever you want for whatever purpose (points can be used for), but there is a yearly limit.

From http://www.hyatt.com/gp/en/awards/combine_transfer.jsp
"Reach your awards even faster by purchasing up to 10% of the total points required for redemption at USD$10 for every 500 points. There is a 10,000-point limit per calendar year."
So perhaps I was wrong & U should do the combining first with a note on the form that U intend to buy the last few points? I did that once & got an email from the rep. saying OK.

Etsmyers & Travelkid, perhaps the 10% limit is not enforced??
I recommend that Dhoward should phone GP for advice.

If t&c are clear, I guess this is implemented in the programming.

Maybe you can get exceptions by phone.

The MVP rate is a special limited time Hilton promotional rate that can be found in the Hilton forum.Click on the special link in the Hilton forum and see if the property participates
You can do a search over there for it
Cheers
