Certain hotels have a new limited time offer. I thought that this code might refer to these sale prices. However, when I input the code, I get a message that the promotion is not in effect, yet, the limited time offer still appears. I do not know if this is a web glitch, or whether or not the code indeed is another yet to be input promotion for certain hotels.
I am a newbie to Hyatt. I was searching for a nice Hyatt rate on the Travelocity advanced hotel search (nice feature btw!) and a promo logo for American Express came up. Save $100 on 3 nights or more using your AMX card. So I tried it through Hyatt.com (in the Corp field) and it came up with a "Company travel rate". It didn't list any company though, so I dont know if it is helpful or not.
BTW the code was SAVE100AMX

Perhaps it's because the stay period is from 11/27/09? (Thanks, jrm68, for the expiry. Didn't see it elsewhere.) Haven't tried it for an eligible night, yet.
I just posted this in the older offer code thread. I was going through codes there to try on the HR Chesapeake resort, and ran across the LTO110 sidebar in that hotel's site, so I just put it up there, then came over here.

Nope. Tried it for the "dog days" of December and January, one night, three nights, weekends and weekdays. Same experience as NJUPINTHEAIR.

Is this only bookable fo Asia/Pac hotels starting on the 27th of November? I've been trying a few different hotels in the region for some random dates after the 27th of Nov but none had the rate available. I rang Hyatt GP and they told me she couldn't even find the promotion code in her system
Starting November 27, 2009, hotels in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, Park Hyatt hotels and Andaz hotels worldwide will begin accepting reservations for the discount.
Discount [...] requires a 7-day advance purchase at hotels in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, Park Hyatt hotels and Andaz hotels worldwide.
Full non-refundable prepayment required at time of booking.
There are a couple of potentially lucrative "GP" codes that you can add to certain reservations for 2k bonus points.
GP607- 2k points for stays in Asia GPL608- 2k points for weekday stay GP455- 2k points for stays in Europe, Africa and ME GP453- similar 455, but requires 2 night weekend stay to get the 2k points (which makes me wonder why even have the GP453 code?)
I had real trouble getting GP455 to stick to my reservations in Berlin from a week ago and just now had a helpful GP agent manually post them. He said he can see the other GP codes I referenced, but not 455. Anyway, I have about 10 rapid fire stays coming up that will qualify for these points, so in addition to 5 FFNs, I'm actually getting 20k additional bonus points too!
Is this offer in addition to all others (next best thing, Gx, etc. as in Hilton's double dipping), or do you have to chose HGP points or airline miles?

You cannot earn a Gx bonus if you choose miles for that stay. Next Big Thing (FFN) still applies though.
Thanks for the quick response ... in this case, do you a Hyatt weblink where it states so that you can refer me to? The Hyatt telephone reps seem unaware of this fact that you can get Hyatt FFN and related points per stay in addition to the 2,500 mile promotion.
