Stayed for 2 nights earlier in August. Booked a corner room on SPG50, and the SPG iphone app indicate a Fantastic Suite, however after arriving in the hotel's Audi Q7, was provided with in room check in (truly amazing customer service) and was upgraded to a Marvelous Suite.

Property provided a beautiful chocolate and candy welcome gift, and a handwritten note from the GM.

Chose the breakfast amenity and was able to enjoy the full buffet without charge.

The property is very cool, and stunning, and unlike EVERY other W I have stayed at the service here was on par with that I would expect.

The gym was great, the pool and spa/steam/sauna quite stunning.

I would very gladly return to the W HKG, which I have never said about any other W.
