I haven't booked any of these, but it looks to me like the Buenos Aires hotel is the Loi Suites. You can find an identical description elsewhere on the web.
Just got the Budapest Hilton WestEnd, and according to the confirmation this includes breakfast buffet.
This was awesome. Although the website indicates that two nights are required in Budapest, it let me book just one night, September 7, at the Hilton WestEnd, including breakfast for two, for $10.74.
I don't know if the check-in clerk knew what we paid, but we were treated perfectly fine. We just handed over the voucher (which did not have the price on it) and got our room keys.
The room was nice enough (though I wouldn't rate this 5 stars). The only disappointment was that this non-smoking room reeked of old cigarette smoke from earlier times when smoking was probably allowed, and the smell remained strongly in the carpet, mattress and walls. Shame.

LastMinuteTravel is owned by a Florida company called Tourico Holidays. Tourico has their own site that exposes the hotel ID's, which are the same across sites.
