I've been hitting "modify your search" but not changing anything (date, destination, etc). Next hit "search now" and it brings up a new search with your same criteria as before. It's just a time saver and eliminates re-entering destination, dates, etc.

its obvious when either a) you see and hear the clock or b) the video starts playing...you may get the video before you ever see the clock but if you get a stupid video explaining how to book, its on.

Good question, do you think they've figured out that the only people getting the rooms are the desparados staying up 24x7? And that this was the stupidest (business) idea ever?

Or, for the amount of traffic they've generated, perhaps the best...

Any techies out there know if a website hosting company charges more if your website gets more hits? Just in reloads, this thing would cost a fortune if it was the case.

Typically fees are calculated based on how much bandwidth total is used. Ex 5G p/month - 50$ per gig.

Exclamation Reminder: T&C changes during the weekend
Since this thread is quite long and didn't get as much traffic over the weekend break, I thought it might be a good idea if I posted a pointer back to my post yesterday to point out some changes to the T&Cs during the weekend.

The previous version of the T&Cs were in place on Monday - Friday all last week without any changes during those days. A copy of those T&Cs is found in earlier posts in this thread. At least a few of us also have other copies in various formats should someone need them at a later date.

Because I purchased a room last week during a sale period, I will not be booking a room this week.

Over at Chatango, someone posted "GO" at 9:24am PST, but it's been removed and I'm not finding anything for $1 at LMT, so it must have been a false alarm. ????
