The survey is unnecessary. A survey after the fact is fine. It is not that the survey is hard or is the video is useful. They are simply in place to cause the person to have LESS time to book a room. Why have the video and why have the survey when they did. The video and survey makes the completion 3 minutes for the booking. So that means you have essentially two minutes to get in before it will be too late if it was a five minute block.

I've been watching this on and off, but can someone tell me what the "go" screen looks like? Is it on the home page and obvious?

I figure it can't be that much longer, right? If they suggest that it won't be between 11 pm and 6 am (or is it midnight?), then there can't be that much time til they have to open it again. If I keep trying for tonight then I won't have to worry about it all day tomorrow (if I can get in and past all of the glitches, that is).

Don't give up, Ellen. You'll never, ever hear the end of it. Just keep with it, and you can go on a great trip without him. Then you can say "I told you so!"

Or would you take him along anyway?
