I got in with over 4 minutes to go. I saved all of my information in an IE add-on and filled in the forms automatically so I was done with just over 1 minute left.
I missed it by about two seconds. Hit book right when it was ending. The video is bs, but what is equally bull .... is that you can't book 4 or 5 star rooms. I was planning on booking a $2,600 room between xmas and new year in San Juan, PR. but it wasn't listed when they went to book, nor were any other of the 4 and 5 star Hotels. I had the same problem when i switched to looking in New York. I could get a 4 start at LGA, but not in midtown. They clearly capped the price of the rooms they would give away
i have firefox set to refresh every 10 seconds, and have since 515am central time this morning. it started with 4:24 remaining on my clock. everything was pre-loaded, but the hotel i had picked out magically disappeared during the sale, but is back now. go figure.
good thing i scored one yesterday.
they are definitely breaking it up into 3 different 5 minute blocks.

So what you are saying is that it takes 3+ minutes to get this done using all the technology available to you. If they only have windows of 5-6 minutes and fill that with multiple videos and concurrently limit the inventory in many cities, this promo has become one big clus&*&@#f$%@.

FYI, coming late to this party, it looks like the terms are 1-room per person for the entire promo. May want to be careful with what name/CC you use if you're tryin for a 2nd.
I guess they've decided to break the advertised claim of offering all of their 15k hotels as part of the promotion. I guess I'll assume it was some error until they decide to confirm otherwise.

Can you give a step by step of how you did this, I'm a little computer ignorant. Thanks.
There were much less than 15 minutes, probably closer to 5 minutes. There are two videos, each of which lasts 30-40 seconds. You only have time to do 1 search, or maybe multiple searches at a time. It's best to know what you want ahead of time.
There is also a audio countdown ticker. It's incredibly irritating and stressful, so I recommend turning your sound off for that part.
I had pre-searched a handful of all-inclusives, but they were pulled from my consideration: they didn't show up in the search.

i'm all over that little technicality. what's funny though is yesterday, we got an over the top 5 star in nyc, and today, they're pulling all the 5 stars, even though the waldorf is showing while the sale off.
guess they realized people were going for the gusto.

It probably took just under 3 minutes including the time to watch the 2 videos and answer the 2 survey questions quickly. I took a few seconds to review when I realized I was just about done.
