$66 for Hotel Rus (Kiev) in December for one night... Very good deal. I did just the one night, and will book the second in a day to ensure all goes OK.
My CC was charged the $66, with the $50 savings taken off the $116 quoted price... Voucher explicitly states the hotel will be reimbursed by Gulliver's Travel Associates and for them not to collect any money.
Here is one account, set up Oct 14, 2008 with a $50 member dollar promo (Virgin)

However, this account, set up Oct 14, has the following promo dollars.
I tried to paste the source code but can send on request, for those who continue to call me a liar.

Note that this account has not been used yet, but my own one was, using the $80 balance from similar 14 Oct / 17 Nov dates on 18 November. Mts B tried to use this account on 17 November but we had trouble getting the member dollars to net off the cost, so I did it with mine from another PC.

You are wearing me out, and I say that with the utmost respect. Calm down. And, please find one instance of someone calling you a "liar". I chose my words carefully, and was sure not to call you that. I also said you "appear to be" stretching the truth.
That being said, I already mentioned in the other thread that your particular circumstances were totally different from those of people following the advice in your thread, therefore they are irrelevant here. I actually believe you that you might have been able to redeem $80 using old currency from October, but never in the way you described on your thread would someone be able to replicate that.

i just booked myself one month long (30 days) holidays at febri's hotel BALI for..... 0$!!!!!!!!!
(yes, it involved a lot of clicking :P)
woohoo!!!
I love this deal!
Hopefully, the innkeeper can handle "the paperwork."
In the early days of priceline, there were a couple of people living out of hotel rooms because the priceline rates (often subsidized by investors in the go-go internet bubble days) were lower than the cost of an apartment.
I'm kind of expecting someone to do that with this deal. The risk is having a zillion one-night reservations and drawing the ire of hotelclub or the hotelier.

That would be a great way to make the local news. "Area Twentysomething moves into a hotel for free for a year"!
Don't give me any ideas

I put my friends in Dallas up for $1 to $5 per night at mostly 3* hotels for 9 months while there home was built back in 2000-2001. They stayed at one hotel for 4 months and got upgraded to a suite for $3 per night. I did all their bidding and used bonus money (mostly $100 for a 4-night booking, over and over). Those were the days.
