Exclamation If my hotel booking be cancelled???

If the hotel reservation is cancelled by Hotelclub,
My hotel voucher's link still can be connected and the voucher still can be produced to print?

I keep all my vouchers' links and they are all avaliable to produce a voucger for printing now. Does it mean all my bookings are safe now? Or I need to come back to each account to see??

Many thanks!!

That's interesting but I figured if they cancelled it, it is cancelled. Log in to your account and see what what the status is. If they cancelled it, you won't be able to retrieve your booking anyway.

I booked four nights a couple months ago and just stayed in them in Bangkok. No problems. Then, I decided to try and add on another night by signing up again and booking a new reservation and while ti kinda worked, it would only let me use my member dollars on the deposit (which was like $9), not the entire price (which was $50). I did this because the room was for the next night and wasn't expensive anyway, but even looking a month ahead (though maybe it was just because i was booking last minute) and saw the same thing. Has anybody else seen this?

Help with HotelClub

Im new to this site and i was trying to use hotelclub for the first time, but when i was making my reservation, I put in my credit card info and hit submit but it keeps stoping and saying "please enter state/province/county". I put florida and then i tried florida with the county i live in but it still wont take it. I tried to email them about the problem but they had no clue what i was even talking about. Any help would be appreciated

Thankd

Yes, I too once got the same message as wjsnmh--when I tried to use my Amex card.
It was lucky for me because the next day I decided to cut that town out of my trip, so it saved me the $15 cancel fee !

Perhaps only for couple people who overuse the $50 coupon?

Well all of my "in process" cancellations have finally fully cancelled.

Yay...

One of them hasn't confirmed yet via email, but comes up on the voucher page, so make sure you all check your voucher links to make sure your stays haven't been cancelled and they haven't informed you of such.

Hmm, good news! Great to see a possible end to the carnage. I have no cancellations so far. I have less than 10 bookings, all of them only sharing the billing address.

Now if the $1 promo gets me a week in Peru for $7 I think I'll be nearly sated.

I guess time will tell, but I'm beginning to think the storm has settled...

Exactly! It is the same thing that I wrote the past week!
Thousand reservation, only 2-3 or 4 people involved! Somebody talking about "disaster".... Come on...

No problems with my Las Vegas trip. Currently on my 4th night here and everything has gone perfectly including the nice warm high 60's weather. The only thing my friends and I have had to do is close out the folio and re-key daily. No hassle as we've never had more than one person in the check-in line at the front desk.
