Still live. However note: Persons from the US states of New Mexico and Hawaii, as well as employees of The Priceline Group Inc. and its affiliates, are excluded from participation.

Pretty good deal if it works out. The $80 includes tax also, which is really unusual. I booked a $71, which came out to a little over $80 with tax.

I booked a $200 stay at a hotel in Madagascar on booking.com this morning.

Then I saw this thread.

So I just canceled my stay and rebooked it with the $40 discount.

Has anyone already received the cashback?
The promo seems almost too good to be true

Presumably not, but try it and report back. There is still little experience with this promo in this board as the promo is relatively new.

Yes. See my post #26 . (of course, YMMV, so don't hold me to anything if it doesn't work out for you!)

Any rules about persons from outside the US?
And what if I pay in the hotels currency (non USD)? Any thoughts?

I didn't find anything in the rules...

Can't speak for non-US hotels, but I reserved a US hotel using my Canadian-based account and got the refund with no issues. (Other than as mentioned my account showed the refund was going to be $25CDN, but the correct $40
USD was actually refunded)

Cool 10% back on your credit card + $40 off $80 promo on booking.com

Found a new promo + tried it. What did I get?

1. Earn a 10% Cash Reward
I used this link: https://www.booking.com/s/7110a990 (It is only for NEW customers) You will get 10% after your stay back on your CREDIT CARD!

I booked a hotel for 10 nights and I got 10% back on my credit card.

2. Also after you booked your first stay you can use this link
https://www.booking.com/index.html?a...VttWUR_RtvB8A#

to get $40 off $80 promo. Book $80+ on booking.com get 40 back after you stay.

Example >
I booked 3 nights in Hong Kong for $530, I got back $53.
Then booked another hotel for $120 with $40 promo and got back $40.

P.S.
If you are new on booking, the best way to use 10% off, when your stay costs more than $250. If less, then better to use $25 Promo for new customers.
Second stay has to be with $40 Promo.

There are no limits with 10%, if you are going to stay somewhere for 1 month, you will get 10% back from the sum you paid.

Where does the reward pending information appear?

I made a booking in Euros that shows as 80$ on my booking page, but I'd like to make sure I will be receiving the rebate after the stay.

Thanks in advance.

It was showing on the Dashboard page under the "free money" tab. It's possible that the system was mixing it up with a referral bonus of some sort which is $25CDN.

If your booking page shows the 80$, I wouldn't be too concerned over if you have anything in your dashboard. Just make sure you keep a screenshot!
