Sheraton Abu Dhabi $409 (or cheaper) AED/night with $250 AED F&B Credit
Not a great deal, but might be useful for some if you want to eat at the hotel every night. Under offers and then Family offers you can get $250 AED per night per room F&B credit in their restaurant and bar. Here are the T&C's that I can find...no idea if you can purchase alcohol with this deal:
250AED Credit F&B. Enjoy a credit of AED 250 per room per night to be consumed in our restaurants and bars not refundable for cash..
Also, can't find if it is just taken off at the end (i.e. I spend $400 AED one night and nothing the next, do I just get $250 off or do I get the full $400 off since I get the credit per night).
I was looking for four nights in August, but did find a single night (August 14th) where the nightly rate was $391 AED.
If the credit is used, brings the rate down to about half of the daily lowest rate. Cancellation policy is 6pm day of arrival.

Seems to be available again with some dates in August 2015 priced under 400 AED.
2016/17 New Year dates at 529 AED seems like a good deal for those with long-term plans
Sadly no Xmas availability - December 2016 is blacked out until the 26th for this special rate.
F1 weekends in both 2015 and 2016 are - unsuprisingly - 3x the usual rate.
