Comfort Inn Edgware Road London 3* - 11/12 - $16.51
I'll post this one considering the crazy prices that usually apply in the English capital city. Breakfast is included and only works for 2 single beds.

I've stayed here and I'm pretty sure breakfast is complimentary (and not too bad for a lower quality hotel). It's about 5-10 minutes walk from Edgware Road Tube station, which is only a few minutes from some central stations such as Marylebone and Paddington.
Worth it at this price (but I wouldn't pay that much more!).
