I used my UK Amex card to book and had no problem getting it to work!

The title of this should be changed as it is VERY misleading. It should read $33 off any hotel booking, not 55%.

Goibibo.com is genuine. Use it for many transactions without any issue here in India. We keep getting such offers by the way

As they are not offering any hotels in Cuba this makes think that Goibibo.com are White-Lableing a USA Hotel Wholesalers Inventory.

Works fine with Australian Amex, instant confirmation by email and text. When I tired with Visa however it quickly said only Indian cards were accepted.

In order for AMEX to work, you have to have been enrolled in AMEX's 3-D Security system called SafeKey. It is not yet available to cardholders in the Americas (except Peru) so no AMEX cards from this region will work...

A couple of my Singapore credit cards (visa) worked. Pretty good deal. I wonder if they would find it strange that I made three booking for three consecutive nights.

Great find, but for me it is the same issue as for the most - will always get rejected with my visa/mc credit/debit cards.

It also isn't on any booking - some chains are not included (e.g. Lemontree in India).

Is it for hotels mostly anywhere in the world too? (only asking curiously, I don't use sites that even sound questionable).
