Casablanca. Le Trianon luxury& Spa-£4 suite with bft single occ.

Available on booking.com between April and sometime in June 2015.

It's non refundable and of course it's booking.com but you never know ...I have just had my 2nd booking.com promotional rate honoured in as many months.^

My Booking

Just had a note from b.com re: the booking: that it was an error rate & proposing €75 per night for the room. I had 3 nts booked next April.

Haven't decided how to respond yet...

It's non-refundable. I'd push back, don't let them refund it!

Silly aside, I'd push back a bit.

Yup - that's my plan. I'll just let them sweat a little & will push back re: the contract I have with them for €5 per night ;-)

Update

So booking.com have been ignoring my comms to them and have just been sending me notices that my booking will be cancelled as per my request (which I never made).

This has now happened.

I've gone back to then with a breach of contract email and will see where this goes...

Scummy behaviour indeed. Seems like there were more than a couple of CS agents involved in the emails too, as they were duplicating messages & seemed disjointed.
