Same here, my accounts show no bookings.
But using this link http://www.melia.com/en/search/advanced-search.htm - without being logged in - I am able to view my bookings.

I just tried logging in, and it gives me a strange message, saying I was registered under their special Travel Agent section. Normal Melia glitch? I signed up and have used it only normally.

But this deal of having 4,000 points credit to my (Germany based) account is linked to redeeming them at a specific hotel, the ME Mallorca. A couple of years I used this offer for a Tryp on Oviedo, Spain, and it was really good!
