Unable to get any points

Not sure why - but i am not able to get the additional points from my registration. have they cancelled the offer?

I have 3 accounts. All in my name. All active. Not paid though. Just reserved with a CC.

First reservation: 1 night stay
12.000 points + 150€

Second reservation: 1 night stay
12.000 points + 350€

Third reservation: 2 night stay
12.000 points + 150€

Two of the accounts have no number (edited away) and the last one has my real passport number.
When you opened the account you could just write '12345678' or something and then edit it away in your profile.

Giving your CC# you gave them the possibility to charge you at anytime, even if the reservation is ref.. The contract has been signed definitely whn you gave them your CC details and you "confirmed" your reservation on their website.

Frankly i don't think hey will cancel the pts+cash reservations, they don't want to incur in possible (expensive) lawsuits. Furthermore the cost of honoring this trouble is extremely low (they're renting rooms that 8 times out of 10 remains not occupied). If someone booked an all-in holiday in their resorts, the cost remains very low anyway.

I think that they will consider this as a strange marketing op. at the end of the game!

Just arrived at the hotel i was book for 12k points + 5euro. No problem at check in , only confirmation that payment was allready done.
