TravelPony no longer has a friend referral / travel credit program. Credit that wasn't redeemed has expired and can not be used for future purchases.

That's what I got after three days inquiring about my $200 credit. If you click"Q&A", then click your referral link, you can still see your credit, but obviously, they are not going to honor any more. I used travelpony a few time, they were pretty good, but too bad, their biz model didn't work out well.

Limited Time Only Credits
Travel credits may expire on a specific date if indicated by the promotion details. Travel credits with no specific expiration date will be subject our "Un-redeemed Travel Credits" policy.
Un-redeemed Travel Credits
TravelPony reserves the right to invalidate travel credits that are not redeemed after a period of time. Travel credits that were not issued with a specific expiration date will be valid for at least 2 months. This policy may change.
You cannot transfer or resell Travel credits. You cannot withdrawal or exchange Travel credits for cash. TravelPony reserves the right to suspend your account and invalidate credits should we notice any activity we determine as abuse of the travel credit program. All travel credit requirements, incentives, and policies are subject to change.

Good luck with that. We arrived in Madrid at 11.30 pm and were told by the hotel that travel pony had cancelled the booking. On top of that the hotel was full. The hotel were great and drove us into central Madrid to another hotel and waived the charge.

I just emailed the hotel directly to see if my reservation was still available. The hotel confirmed it was, sent their own confirmation number, and when I arrived there was no issues at all.

Contacted my CC company that I used to book and have the money paid to TP back.
Still no reply from TP after 32 days.
