Did anyone else receive a phone call from Floridays Resort? Just received a message from them.

Still working?
Reservation on the hotel website is not working for me. The "submit" button is disabled. Maybe they disabled it to fix it? Their mobile website shows normal prices.

They offered the room at $99 per night. With taxes and fees week would be $873.

Solidarity folks, they don't have anything on the site explicitly allowing them to cancel or modify your reservation.

FYI to anyone still looking, this is dead. Prices were adjusted to 2XX.00/day this morning

They have called three times now, left only one voicemail. I am not going to accept a higher rate.

Told em I'd call them back. It's not for me to decide. I booked two rooms, 7 other people would be coming with us. More than likely they are not going to want to hang their plans on something that is not guaranteed. But I'll talk to everybody and go from there.

No, I have two reservations. Neither one can be found on their site. It says: "We are unable to locate your reservation. Please confirm the information you entered is correct."

I noticed that there's 2 different confirmation numbers. One was 9 digits long, given on the "thanks for booking" page, and a different one was only 5 digits long in the confirmation email. The 9 digit confirmation number works on their website to view your reservation, but not the 5 digit one.

They couldn't have sold that many 3-bedrooms that week. Any idea how many total the property has? The fact that it was only valid for 1 week, and having a limited # of 3-bedroom units, means their losses are mitigated.

No I don't see any credit card authorization on my card. I didn't call them back either though.

They haven't put an authorization on my card for the 1 night deposit, so I'm not holding my breath for this to be honored. I wouldn't take it @ $99/night either way. I'll give them a call and see what the deal is I suppose.

FYI Website was updated within the last few days & includes a terms and conditions section at the bottom of the home page. Pertinent wording is this "THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY OR ALL PRODUCTS SERVICES OR OFFERINGS, IF ANY, SET FORTH IN THIS WEB SITE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. "
