Reviews suggest the hotel is OK, but not great.

This is always the slowest time of the year for NYC hotels (late Jan/early Feb). I suspect this is NOT a mistake rate. In the last few years, I've gotten comparable Manhattan hotels for this price or less around this time of year.

Now if anyone can find this price for spring . . . .

Ah, the memories.

This was the very first NYC hotel I ever stayed in... must have been the smallest room I have ever stayed in... I felt like I could touch both sides of the room at the same time!

But, it is a great location.
