For a 2 star hotel in January it doesn't look like it to me.
For me, if it's the best price in that category, it's a deal.
Price mistake is a price mistake, and not a "deal".
However I don't understand what's your point, sorry.

I stayed at the Hotel Belnord around this time last year. It is pretty bad - the rooms are about the size of a shoe box. In fact, the bathroom was probably about 7 feet by 7 feet and larger than the bedroom. The bedroom was so small that you actually couldn't open the door the entire way because it hit the corner of the bed. I would steer clear of this place unless you want to experience the tiniest NYC "hotel room" possible (I really can't call this a hotel room with a straight face). It is definitely 1 star. In my experience, the Days Inn Broadway, which is around the corner from this place, is much better. Same price range and you actually get a real hotel room.
