Dear Palal,
Recently you booked a vacation package at www.travelocity.com using the promo code NFB2012. Based on our review of the details of your reservation, we have determined that you were not eligible to use the promo code and, therefore, we have cancelled your reservation.
If you received the promo code when you attended the 2012 National Federation of the Blind National Convention in Dallas, and feel you have received this message in error, please contact us at 1-866-211-1731.
Sincerely,
Travelocity Customer Care Team
All of my trips are still intact on the website.

Got the email also but my trips are also still intact. Travelocity is just asking for a lawsuit but if there is any company that I would expect to break the new DOT rules, it is them.

I got the same email, all of mine are still intact on the website as well.
I wonder if those who paid to join the NFB for this deal are also getting their tickets canceled.

Received the email, but everything still intact so far. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Ditto.
They have got to be kidding. There was nothing in the terms about this. They screwed up, somebody is trying to cover their ... and in the process they will alienate a lot of potential customers.

Preliminary data point only ...
I made a contribution to NFB and booked 3 tickets (one for me, DH and my Mom). I only received a cancellation email for DH and his booking was the only one where I used his email address. For my ticket and my Mom's ticket I used the same email that I used to join NFB.
We'll see if my cancellation emails are simply delayed.
Uggg. I like how they handled the Vegas $300 coupon code better.
The amount they are out on this one seems to be much more limited as they had the 3500 redemption cap.

I rang to query email and was told reservation is fine. Will be travelling with partially sighted mother so wont be impressed if they subsequently cancel

Did you mention the e-mail you received when you called? I checked online and as of now, the reservation is still there at Travelocity and the airline. Many are saying the same thing.

Yes, she didnt seem to have a clue as to why I'd get the email...
The operators are completely out to lunch right now and are only learning about this as they talk to clients. Been reported on another site that Travelocity is going to make some kind of decision after 11am pst.
I think the coupon hitting the masses on a Sunday morning really caught Travelocity off guard. I also think many more than 3500 bookings were made with the coupon. Someone over there is probably really getting it handed to them over this one.

looks like they are cancelling now, charging 200 USD as penalty. unbelievable.
they are cancelling everything, and not giving you any refunds. my flight is gone from travelocity and from the airline's website. that is really, really bad.
