Asakusa View Hotel, Oct 22, 1,900 yen. Pretty self explanatory...looks like error rate missing a zero, usually 19,000.
Found this rate on Laterooms, just posted details here too.
Says nearly full so probably only a couple of rooms available.

Tried booking and also ended up with an error message--"We are really sorry, but for some reason it appears that we've encountered a problem...We suggest you try clicking the back button on your browser and trying again." So I tried several more times, including with a different browser, but finally gave up after receiving the same error message each time. Later I discovered multiple confirmation emails in my inbox--one for each reservation attempt.
