As the OP said, it takes time. I see 10-20 of these a day and there is no scripting involved. Just effort.

So what is the most efficient method for finding this mistake rates?

I just said, no scripting involved. Just regular old OTAs.

As with all of these deals, once there is scrips involved or the methods get out the deals disappear. Remember the wonderful error fares that once occured with some frequency?

With regard to finding these deals as Yinzer has already said there is no magic formula or special software involved, it's just a case of using the tools available to all on the internet such as price comparison sites.

It takes a certain amount of time and patience and a certain amount of luck at times also.


Here's one for Copenhagen on 1/5/14 It's prepaid non cancellable but at Ł2 only what have you got to lose?

Available on Booking.com and at higher mistake prices on other sites. I believe ebookers has a room only rate at Ł18 refundable.

Copenhagen Phoenix - Double with breakfast- 2GBP

You can book 2 rooms for Ł3 total
