On arrival: "personal assistent" waiting at the end of the jet bridge was only pointing direction to immigration and tells baggage belt number
Waiting time at immigration was around 45 min.
On departure: personal assistant escorting to staff lanes and to the lounge, at boarding from lounge to gate

On arrival: PA waiting at aircraft door, escorting to immigration office (waiting time here less than 2 minutes), then to baggage belt and customs. If I use the hotel shuttle, she generally brings me to the hotel counter in the arrival hall.
Took me less than 5 min from stepping out of the aircraft (arrival gate near immigration) to arrival hall on my last visit (only carry-on).
On departure:
PA escorting from checkin through staff lanes to the lounge, at boarding from the lounge to the gate and to the aircraft door
Lazy agents I guess that night for me!
