The Caledonian Hilton in Edinburgh has stopped setting out little Nessies by the bathtub. I was told that they stopped this practice when the war began. They have a few on hand, and since I asked, gifted me with one. Thanks, JAP!

My husband and I stayed at the Conrad Hong Kong last year during the Christmas season and there were 2 bears in our room when we arrived. When we came back from dinner on Christmas eve, there were 2 more little bears with Santa hats and scarves on them tucked into our bed. All 4 of them are sitting on my computer center watching me send you this message.

Just back from Conrad BKK- no rubber elepant in the tub; there was a rubber duck though. And the usual elephant on the bed (no logo/city).
