Rate change during maintenance

Rate change during maintenance
Hi all,
I have a booking at Hilton Munich Park in two weeks (1 night, with family), paid with points (I am Diamond).
For one night, booked in April for end of August, I paid 46k points; yesterday I checked to modify the dates and I got 34k for the same room. Today they are 85k.
The only difference is that website in under maintenance; could it be a reason? The room, if paid with money, no points, is 200 hundreds Euros more.
Same thing for Hilton Innsbruck.
Does the maintenance play a role? I cannot believe that in one night there are so many changes.
