I can access my account, but all of my previous point earnings aren't visible.
I can see the stays and have the "Book Again" link, but I can't expand each stay to see detailed points earning.

Had the same results here. Unless you want to book using points, you can still book the room and add your HH number online.

Back up now (1 PM EDT), sorta.
All Points Activity (I wanted to check the breakdown for a recent stay) only has show receipt and book again options. No points breakdown for current or past stays.

Can't login nor reset my password (the site keeps telling me my account is locked and I need to reset it, but then doesn't accept the new password, telling me to "turn off caps lock and try again" - when I enter a completely new password)
