2013 Q4 Test
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this. Had an extra bonus on my last stay. The tag was 2013 Q4 test and it was 3x Base points. Not sure how much I want to say about it. I am not about to use the extra points but thought I would share.
I still got the the double/triple points promotion listed as a separate line item.
So it looks like the forth quarter promo may be 3x everything. I hope I am right.

A couple of weeks ago, I got a survey from Hilton about Hhonors. Among the questions, they asked how important the quarterly promos are to me and whether I would prefer the promo to give free nights or bonus points.

That is interesting, I guess it all depends on the how the free nights worked.

Based on the screen print, this is actually 4X points. Base plus a bonus equal to 3X. It's been a few years since we've seen a promo like that, and I find it hard to believe we'll see it now. If we do, however, I will be spending a couple dozen or more 4Q nights in Hhonor properties, as this would be better than my Marriott megabonus for that time period.
