The resort cannot help you there. You'd have to call HH USA. Best to call the DD since you are a Diamond.

3 days to go. A rift seems to have opened up in space time, it's like every day is at least double the usual length. I'm literally wishing my life away at this stage

(My gf and I have even started e-stalking George the herron on instagram )

The cancellation policy on points bookings is 30 days so if time allows and the night you want to change is on a weekend (free night certificates can only be used on Fri, Sat or Sun nights) then I see no reason why it can't be done.

Upgrade?

Are there any Gold members here who have received a complimentary room upgrade at this Conrad? I heard that they don't do upgrades, even for Diamond members..

I heard the house reef at mirihi is hands down better than conrads. Is there a way to get there for a day trip?

Erm, you should really read the thread a bit. It's full of stories of upgrades for both, and recent ones at that (in the last few pages even).

It's only 5 kilometres away so either the Conrad or Mirihi could arrange a speedboat. No doubt they'd charge like a bull out of the gate for it (at a wild guess somewhere in the vicinity of $200-300++ return) so best bet would be to email both properties and compare prices.

Maybe you could take a seaplane?

We flew to Mirihi International Airport (that's what their platform says ) this morning - a flight time of about 4 minutes. ^

(this was only to pick up additional passengers to Male )
