Got the same email as CozumelJen, 1500 points to book online. When I tried to rebook a room which I currently have booked for $35.00, that rate was not in site!! Rates were $64.00-$79.00 for same type room.
I'll keep my $35.00 rate and HHonors can keep their 1500 points!

I also received this email re: 1500 point bonus.
I will be in a Hilton city next week and plan to book my res. tomorrow to get the bonus.
As a reminder to everyone, I think if you pay with VISA right now you get 1000 bonus points (separate from the 1500 points above).
Happy trails.

1,500 HHonors bonus points for online booking
Need Help. About 6 weeks ago I received an email from HHonors announcing a 1,500 point bonus (not the 1,000 bonus) for booking online through my HHonors profile. After booking 5 stays online through my profile, the bonus points didn't post. I called HHonors for help -- they never heard of the promotion. The CSR says she needs a copy of the promotion, of course I deleted it, to adjust my account Does anyone have a copy that they can post on the board? Thanks.

I've been burnt a few times myself and have learned the hard way to never throw (or delete) a promotional offer till the miles/points have been credited.

At the very least, you should have received 1,000 bonus miles for booking online, since there was no signup or registration required for that promotion.
But, the 1500 mile bonus (I believe) was a targeted promo. I got the 1500 mile Email, and the two stays I booked online did not post either. A quick Email to Kristy at [email protected] resolved the issue for me.

Kristy is great. There's never been a problem she hasn't gone out of her way to solve. What an asset to Hilton.

Just to throw some positive news into the mix.
I have booked two Hilton stays online in the past month and both stays have posted with th 1500 bonus points. No hassles whatsoever.

Did the 1500 points post with the stay, or some time after?
Also, where on the HHonors website were you able to see them? The reason I ask is my point total is jumping, but I can't find any entries under "all activity" that relte to a web bonus.

They showed up at the same time the stay credit appeared. As an example, one of them looked like this:
Hampton Bellngham-AP - ONLINE RESERVATION BONUS 1,500

I too was sent the promo for 1500 pts for online booking. I had one stay show the points and then 6 that didn't. I talked to HH yesterday and they said that was a "Special offer" to those who booked online with travelweb. I told her I never have used travelweb but why would the points show on 1 stay and not on the other 6? No answer. I e-mailed [email protected] yesterday, received a phone call from Kristy stating that they had a problem with the points posting, some glitch, and I should see the points posted in 1-2 days.
