The New HHonor Mobile APP

Hilton finally started their new mobile app in replace of the non-functional app that had been around for years. It seems to be a pretty functioning app so far. Your thoughts?

I like it. It provides a lot more of my HH accounts information, I.e points, bookings previous stays and it's a lot easier to search and book hotels.

I like it - it might not be as strong as some of the others, but I was hoping much much less when I downloaded this app.

Well it is 2013

I guess they finally decided to join the hipster movement and develop an app. (6 years too late) My early opinion is that its just ok. Basic info and decent UI. If it has the same reliability as the website than its doomed for failure.

One thing I don't like about the app is it can't seem to remember my credentials so I have to login every time I start the app. I don't know if it's a common problem or something specific to my phone. I have iphone 5 with latest OS and prob 250 apps on my phone.

It remembers my HH number # and pin fine.

I think it's just ok, as well. Better than nothing, I guess.

Same here, I'm also on an iPhone. It's a little annoying, I may try to reinstall the app and see what happens.

? It's pretty zippy for me, might be the network.

It's leaps and bounds better than the Hilton app.

It just asks for my pin ... not a big deal, but yeah I can see it can be annoying if you're switching between apps. Would be nice to have an option to persist the pin as well.

Me too! Every time I login, I check "remember me" and it never does. Really obnoxious. I have a 4s.

I like it. The app seems to remember by ID and PIN. All recent and upcoming activity is accounted for.
