Favorite hotel feature

Did a quick search, but can't find any threads on this "how to" question.

While on the HHonors site, there is a "Favorite Hotel" link (located in the upper right-hand corner, under the account information area).

Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to add an individual hotel/property so it will save under my favorite hotel link. I see the favorite destination (city) feature, but I'm not talking about that.

Has anyone been able to save a "favorite hotel/property?" If so, will you kindly direct me on how to do this.

Thanks in advance.

Meaning that I have to complete a booking first before I can save a hotel as a favorite? I would like to do advance scouting of properties for future stays; this feature will allow me to go right to the property I wish to book without a full search. Doesn't seem right.
