I suggest following helosc's linked thread above or maybe hiltonfans can make a wiki. And thank you helosc for putting your time in that other thread.

Looks like the losers are the Hilton properties in the Benelux. AKA BELGIUM AND THE NETHERLANDS. Spirits are deleted from the lounges with excuses: Its a Hilton Europe rule.

Apparently not on Friday and Saturday nights according to my colleagues due to bad behaviour of some guests taking bottles out and back to their rooms

I don't know how to make a wiki; I don't even know how to post in one....
In the first post, I can add where to find the comments about a certain lounge, if that would be helpful.

Regular hours through most of the year:
Monday - Friday 6:30-23:00h
Weekends 15:00-23:00h
Evening Snacks + Alcoholic Drinks: 18:00-20:30h
Lounge Breakfast is of 'intermediate type' with hot and fresh items. On weekends you will receive the full breakfeast in the restaurant.
In the daytime freshly prepared deli and bakery items are served.

Ah well, we were there on a Sunday night and were surprised at how quiet the lounge was. Even one of the staff commented. Never seen it that empty before - loads of seats, quite pleasant actually!

Afternoon tea ( Sandwiches, cakes and freshly cut fruit)
Wine and beer available after midday (Good local beer and ok wine)
Good selection of spirits after 18.30 (international brands)
Food offerings include proper hot meal/grilled meat, soup, salad, dessert selection(2)

I much prefer lounges when they are like that, nice to have a few people scattered around but no drunks, no screaming kids and no annoying skype callers!.......sounds good mate.

Hilton Prague Old Town -- huge range of every spirit you could want, along with a few you may never have heard of, every evening from 1800-2030hrs.
Hilton London Heathrow Terminal 5 -- selection of mainstream spirits, every evening from (I think) 1800-2000hrs.
