The old guarantee was that you did not have to pay if not 100% satisifed.
Hampton and Hilton Garden Inn don't pay guarantees quietly dropped?
Now there is apparently no mention of not having to pay.

So what? You will be happy? And? Must be the same as McDonalds guarantee for a decent burger. I would imagine they want every customer to be 100% happy too like every other business.
I am sure the OP is referring to the satisfied or you DON'T PAY guarantee which no longer exists. You can no longer invoke this guarantee and expect to get your stay comped. It's gone. Finito. Fini. Fertig.
