Rates above seem to be weekend, or weekend incorporated weekend/weekday stays.
Best weekday right now is:
WORLD OF SAVINGS (WS) TWIN HILTON GUESTROOM
CONTEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION
- 3 DAY ADVANCE PURCHASE REQUIRED
for 85 GBP

Going to be in London for a month.. April/May.... so think I will look into trying out this hotel...since I have yet to stay there.
Anything special being offered between April 12th and May 6th? Have already booked reservations for the earlier part of April.

If you book a week at a time you can get the 85 GBP rate for late April but if you book the weekends separately, they can be had for 64 GBP per night with full buffet (I presume in downstairs restaurant).

They usually aren't published except by looking at room rates for a specific period. You will see wildly different rates for different weeks, weekends at different times of year with 30 day advance, no advance etc. Just go to www.hilton.com and go to reservations, choose the hotels and start entering dates.

BTW a real plus for this property is there is an Airbus stop outside the hotel direct to Heathrow. Anything else you want to know feel free to ask.

ryker.. I just visited the site and you are correct about the inclusive of tax on some specials..
The weekend special for 88 pounds includes tax and buffet breakfast.
The 94 pounds special includes breakfast buffet and dinner on the first night of stay (must stay 2 nights) but it does not include taxes.
I wish I had a higher standing in HHonors though, so I could get to the executive floor.. I am just a new HHonors client so still am at blue.

After staying elsewhere for five days of business travel in London (third week in February), I called the hotel directly on a Thursday afternoon, and got a rate of £85 (not including VAT of £14.88) for the following Friday and Saturday nights. The business travel web site (Sabre) I'm supposed to be using for my employer had lowest rate of £140 for same dates. Both rates allowed cancellation until 4.00 pm day of arrival
Got upgrade to 6th floor without asking at check in, but did 'request' it when making reservation directly at hotel. The stay was uneventful, and not knowing London hotels well, I suppose I'd stay there again.
To get there, I took the tube from a connecting rail station (use the tube vs. a taxi at rush hour on a Friday afternoon) and per the hotel's web site they are supposed to be within walking distance from the Holland Park station. Well, the Shepherd's Bush station (the Central Line Shepherd's Bush station, not the station of the same name on the Hammersmith & City tube line) is actually much, much closer I later discovered (walk west around the round-about, and look on the north side of the street and it’s right there). This is important if you're walking and carrying three bags with you! In asking (testing) the staff later during my stay, they all held to the same line, Holland Park is closest. I can't figure out why they'd do or say this, ... maybe because Holland Park is associated with Notting Hill (a desirable location), or maybe to avoid confusion with the two different Shepherd's Bush stations.
The exce lounge weekend breakfast service was ok, it's not the 'English Breakfast' you'll get in restaurants, including the one downstairs.

i dunno.
it's a toss-up. shepherd's bush may be technically closer... the problem is that nasty roundabout. when there's a lot of traffic, it can be very hard to cross, particularly with luggage, and even if you're using the subway (underground pedestrian passage).
and even without luggage, it may take more time than the simple straight shot right down holland park road from the tube stop there.

I stay here most of the time when in London and find it, as does BlondeBomber, an exceptional bargain at these rates. As a Gold, I am always upgraded to the ExecFloor, and when using weekend rates, also given full buffet breakfast in the main restaurant.
I suppose they say Holland Park tube because it is posher than Shepherd's Bush. There are two SB tube stations, one on the Central Line -- same one as Holland Park -- and the other on the Hammersmith & City line [now called Shepherd's Bush Green. The latter line connects with the Picadilly line which runs from LHR, so you should transfer at Hammersmith. If you get a Travelcard at Heathrow, you can transfer to a bus -- either 94 or 295 that runs right to the hotel. Shephards Bush is also across a more barren stretch of roadway interchanges, so they may encourage people to walk towards the city and Holland Park which is more pastoral.

Having tried both options, I can ensure you that both Sheperd's Bush and Holland Park stations are a LONG and painful walk from the Hotel (10 to 15 min walk depending on the number of bags you carry!).
My advice would be to take the 94 bus opposite of the hotel door, then:
- stay downstairs and get off at Holland Park station if you have bags
- go upstairs and remain on the bus until Central London if you want to go shopping.
This was my 2c...

Are the rates quoted here per night? I booked a stay for £50.21 this Sunday and generally get a rate of around £55-£60 for a Fri, Sat or Sunday. I've done this over the past couple of weekends.
I'm Gold, and I'm not doing anything more than looking at the Website.

Also, I agree it's a bit of a hike to the hotel from the Undergound. Bus it or even cab it if you have luggage.
As an aside, do you get better rates using the Hilton web site as a Gold or Diamond member versus not being Gold or Diamond? I've never found a difference myself, but I'm curious.
