London Metropole Hilton

Let's make a comprehensive list of the Hilton properties that do and do not have lounges. Feel free to add your favorite or least favorite property to the list as long as it is not already there.

NOTE:

I am not able to list everything in this box because it would take too long to format and I am not able to post HTML. Because of this, I have a list of Hilton properties with and without lounges in two formats - PDF and Microsoft Excel. If anybody is willing to help and format the information for FT that would be greatly appreciated!!

Sorry in advance about the sketchy looking links - is there a better way to do this? PM me if you have a solution, want to reformat everything, or have powers that will allow me to post HTML (which I can send to you for approval).

Here is the PDF version through Google Docs:

Here is the Microsoft Excel version through Google Docs:

Feel free to post new information to the list and I will provide updates as necessary.

Now I need a vacation after putting this together...

Have fun!
I had a nice one-night reward stay at the London Metropole Hilton last week. The upgraded rooms on the 5th floor are great and the free Internet, I am Gold, was fast. The second floor lounge is a little small but adequate with a very nice staff, especdially nice at drinks time in the evening with decent hot and cold food. Enough for my dinner.

The location is perfect for travel on the LHR Express from and to Paddington. For me it was only a 10-minute walk.

Hilton London Metropole- have lounge. Quite good
Hilton Warszaw- Excellent EL, one of the better.
Hilton Brussels (the tall building)-have lounge, average.
Hilton Florence-have lounge. Good, outdoor terrace.
Hilton Venice-have lounge. Excellent and good selection.
Hilton Prague-have lounge. Good.
Hilton Malta- Excellent lounge with seaview. Open 24 hrs for beers and soft drinks with room key.

Asia
Hilton Millennium Bangkok- One of the best. Fantastic rooftop terrace.
Conrad Bangkok- Almost equally good. Drinks made by bartender. Excellent service.
Hilton Phuket-have lounge. Quite crowded but good. (asian lounges are the best)
Hilton Kuala Lumpur-good lounge. A lot of tables and a good free bar.

US
Hilton Key Largo-No lounge
Doubletree Key West-No lounge
Hilton San Francisco-Lounge, but mediocre.
Hilton LA Universal Studios-can't remember, but don't think there was a lounge

Are all US lounges so bad compared to the rest of the world?
