Pts disappearing from Hertz account?
I do not rent from Hertz very often (3-4 times a year) but keep track of the balance with award-wallet. A couple of days ago I noticed the balance had gone down by 600pts. Since this is not a program I follow closely i assumed some pts accrued time ago had expired and only looked at it today.
But now I see that no pts should have expired (as I understand it pts expire only if no activity is made in 24months, certainly not my case) and there is no trace on my account of 600 pts ever being deducted, certainly not over the past 6 months.
Should I conclude this is an award wallet error or really the points somehow vanished?
